You can have your slide milled to fit it or you can use a plate that has a dove tail on the bottom. I got the plate. It just replaces your back sight and then you mount the red dot on it.
I'm eyeing a p365xl with one of those sights on it at my local gun store. I need a new conceal carry so I might pick it up this week.

I have it but with a holosun sight and I love the set up , I know holosun is Chinese made but their sights really are best for your money. But I am a big fan of that pistol.
I used to have a hellcat but that thing is long gone now. Unfortunately someone got a hold of it at my home while I was away.
Wasn't a big fan of the hellcat but I liked my buddy's p365xl. Excited to get it.
