The country has regressed completely in terms of order and functioning. But this is 'balanced' by the 'new freedoms of the people'. The race war thing is real, farm murders and torture are much more common than reported. Whites are also discriminated against in law by a radical local version of affirmative action, and in daily life by anti white civil servants. Actual trigger time between the races has not begun. Rioting and looting by blacks isnt race war its just mob crime.
