And the focus on eyes is seen in a few forms of schizophrenia, but in this case may be due to drug ingestion.
At this point I'm not sure if the rainbow in this mural is a gay symbol, it may simply be because rainbows are pretty. Rainbows are a real thing, and the gay community usurped it.
