False. That's the fag filter over a SimCity2000 screenshot.

I lived out there for a few years when I was in college and I loved it. I loved the grid system, it made it so easy to find things instead of long winding roads that didn't make sense where they ended up. Loved the cutting edge technology systems they had.

I bet it's as bad as China on tracing your every move by now. Cameras everywhere. They had them at every intersection when I lived out there twenty years ago.

Now, I love my winding country roads and my privacy, and you couldn't pay me to go back.

Cities are hellscapes. Phoenix is no different.

Are those the gunshots or lights?

Why did somebody blur the edges? Are they trying to simulate a tilt-shift camera? They did it in a strange way, too. There are street lights that are blurred right next to structure lights that aren't.

I think it is all the way zoomed in.

There's no way to selectively blur things that are the same distance from the camera.

I always thought that was a natural product of all tilt shift photography.

No optical system can blur only some objects at the same distance from the lens. If something* x* number of yards away is blurry then all objects at x distance are blurry.
