There is no correlation between consumption of fats and heart disease. Find one study that isn't flawed that shows a connection, I dares ya.

Transfats/hydrogenated oils excepted.

Do you believe dietary cholesterol raises serum cholesterol?

Does a high serum cholesterol promote heart disease?

the best way to cook an egg. I always save my bacon grease. It's great to cook green bean in as well or to add a little to corn bread.

I've fried eggs in bacon grease, butter, and cooking spray. I prefer frying my eggs in butter.
