I'll be honest, this makes me a bit uncomfortable, she looks pretty young, and it feels to me like an over sexualization of innocence. I'd feel creepy sharing this picture with people I knew. No judgement, she's a very pretty girl, it just feels wrong to me personally.

This looks like a magazine clipping, or some sort of overly-orchestrated Instagram post. This picture, either way, (judging by the amount of professional attention given to it) was intended to be widely circulated. It's not like he took an upskirt of some random and unwitting high school girl, to post online without her knowledge.
