Assuming a bird takes up 0.5 ft2, and the area of the tree is 3.14*1002 = 31,400 ft2. So, we're talking 31,400 / 0.5 = up to 62,800 birds shitting on you.
Now assuming each bird "movement" is approximately 1 tbsp we're talking almost 33 cubic feet. In other words, you'd be better off getting rained on.
