Must admit, we lost something on the hunt for perfect image reproduction. It's wild how a picture that's pretty much sterile starts to speak to me when one of those film simulations is applied. I guess part of the effect works because I'm old enough to have seen photos from film and this brings back memories of how the photographed world used to look, idk.
