And how do you look up information on the go?
I either
a. Ask people or
b. Learn about where I'm going before I go or
c. Remember what I need to look up for when I get home. (If it's important I'll remember. If not, then it doesn't matter.)
Sorry, I don't like to speak to unpredictable strangers.
Also, it could be that I need further information when I have arrived there.
Also don't apologize for something you're not genuinely sorry for.
That also makes you sound weak.
There's usually officials that you can speak with.
An officer, information desk, or even a store clerk.
I suspect that you're so dependent on your phone, you are reluctant to approach strangers which, in my opinion, makes a person socially weak.
