My friends, these are dark and perilous times. There are almost zero places where good and wise people can gather and speak their minds on the important topics of the day. These sites, like Poal and Gab are much like Polynesian islands, surrounded by endless oceans of oppressive internet. We should celebrate our forums and try to have a bit of understanding towards others we find here, and doubly so for those who provide us these opportunities. I am an imperfect man, and I appreciate that people in my life don't spend time digging up examples from my past, people who befriend me despite my several glaring faults and failures. Similarly, I choose to live with and learn from others with whom I might be able to find cause to disagree. We are the enlightenment in a dark age. We should be celebrating our associations and communications. I do not ever choose to attack anybody here for saying or doing anything. We white folk are builders. Let the others do all the tearing down. We can be better. Live better. Do better. I cannot expect perfection in my friends, nor them from me. Focus on building up.
