They will never allow themselves to be jailed.

Even if everything is released, lawyers will argue bullshit, lawfare exceptions and judges who are absolutely conflict of interest will be on the case. I doubt that they will even retire from their positions, (maybe some will get the comfortable retirement package). An injustice that they won't get [ToS] retirement package.
