I think the music industry has always been rife with pedos, but the panda thing might actually be a coincidence. Andy Panda was a popular character during that era, if I recall.

Either way, it wouldn’t surprise me if it were some sort of symbol.

Priscilla Presley was like 14 when Elvis married her; Jerry Lee Lewis married a kid that was 13...that's what they did in some southern states. I knew a family from W.Va with three daughters, all married before age 15. With babies btw.

I don't recall Elvis or John Lennon, or any of the Beattles kids saying they got diddled. Am I wrong about that?

Perhaps. Wouldn't surprise me, frankly. Elvis slightly more than the Beattles. He grew up strong southern baptist, and got his starts in music singing gospel. Not saying any of that matters but it's a hell of a lot better than a bunch of gits from across the pond.
