You know, this reminds me of a few incidents in 5th grade. A White boy was transferred into my class, barely spoke English. But he kept making blowjob motions at every guy in class for no reason. He was ridiculously skinny. My teacher tried to get him to stop, but he would look confused as to why.
Knowing what I know now, I can't help but think he was sexually abused.
That's the teacher's responsibility to report such behavior and if they don't they need to be held accountable.
It was a real bad school, and most of the staff was non-White and let the non-Whites get away with anything. My 5th grade teacher was a mousy middle aged woman who advised my mom to get me out of the school district before I got to the middle school where there was a lot of violence, drug peddling and so on.
If you think I was accusing my teacher of sexually abusing him, she'd be the last one to try it. The boy was the one who looked confused on why he should stop. My teacher actually gave a shit about her students, even had me come with my mom to extra lessons on saturday because she knew I had a hard time paying attention when the non-Whites kept fucking with me and the other Whites. Of course, she offered it to the others, but I think we were the only ones who ever took her up on it.
