I thought you were looking for a way to "watch" content.
My torrent setup:
IP2 network for downloading
OpenMediaVault (OMV) for storage
Jellyfin to stream to my devices.

A pi2 does all that and I can remotely control it with my phone.

I do all that on a pi4. I should of mentioned that. You still have to have a TV or some other jewish device to watch it on though.
Unless you build a raspberry pi TV! That would be sweet.
