Tell u what. Only a small fraction of sexual abuses end up being reported.

One of my niece's just experienced something similar, & during the process afterwards, my sister was informed of this. A small fraction of abuses come to light.

Yeah it's like drug trafficking, for 1 ton intercepted, 10 went in, when it's not 100 And just like drug trafficking... At the highest level you'll find that some government officials and institutions are compromised/actively participating

So much good info here. Saved for later study & reference. I never thought about it but even 'deep state' must have had its origins somewhere. Its origins should at least serve to get a bunch of NPC's to stop believing the 'conspiracy theorist' narrative Thanks for the info.

Only a small fraction of sexual abuses end up being reported.

We have data on this. Only a small fraction end up with convictions but a significant portion get reported. It's tough to convict people of sexual assault without evidence.

It's very psychologically tormenting for kids to speak about these things that happened to them. To force them to relive the moments would just destroy the more.
