The guy's definitely a pedo, but this is more a confirmation of the result of the erosion caused by dementia which in turn confirms his malignant narcissism. People in full blown dementia get visibly clumsy with their body. So much of their brains been eroded away that they can't execute casual or precise movements like holding flatware. I wouldn't be surprised if he's been incontinent for years, wears adult diapers, and that his wife and personal nurse have to fight with him to wear and keep them on.
