it was on public land so it looked like he was just using scare tactics at times that he could kill him (psychology tricks). I figure that was the reason though to as well since he didn't hit him while he was pinned though to as well. he was just using scare tactics at that point (psychological tricks) to keep him from doing anything and preventing a further fight. I think their house was on the other side of the street and they were on someones properly that wasn't either of theirs. I have no idea what was even going on for the most part. I figure don't believe either side unless it's important to me and my life or there's a great deal of information provided. I have no idea what to believe in this situation other than they fought and such.
