Open up Google maps and drop a street view pin anywhere in India that has a street view. Try to find a place that doesn't have trash in viewable in the 360 degree view of that pin. I have been trying in smaller towns, near hospitals, near parks, and have failed to find a clean place.

It was called something else. India Street View game or India Google Maps cleanliness challenge — difficulty: impossible.
