I think I am probably the only Poal user who has lived/worked in India, and let me tell you, any and all private universities in India are diploma mills.
The big public universities, like any of the IITs or JNU are actually pretty good, because you are bound to get some smart people when you are selecting from a population of a billion, but any private university graduates should be treated as retards who paid ₹5,000/semester to get a piece of paper.
