If you’re a competent programmer, automating lower‐level tasks frees up time to do more high level tasks. If you’re an incompetent programmer the lower‐level tasks are all you are capable of. When those get automated you are useless. That’s why LLMs may put most pajeets out of jobs but not many White programmers.
