See, I don't see that as them "doing nothing." That's the Indians acting up, getting put down and the foreign element that has proven that it will act hostile as soon as it gathers enough of its fellows to feign courage will not be allowed to gain power. It's proactive defense based on previous hostile actions. Not unwarranted at all. Because we all know that nons don't learn for the most part and always test their luck.
