I agree he has a lot of technical talent like Yngwie Malmsteen, but I am put off by their "flash" versus the core expression of "soul" of expression.
All that matters in music is what you moves you. There is no right or wrong or who's the best technically, but who touches your emotions. It's Art, and that will always be subjective as a personal attachment.
