I used to fly about 3-4 times a week.
I used to work with a guy who told me to go fly, he was a good guy I miss talking to him after I left that job.
If you go fly, I bet you... I don't know what I'd bet because I'm poor but you will go find your former coworker and tell him about it.
Stressed? Go fly. Does not matter what the problem is. Flying will clear it out of your mind because you have to fly the plane. Works 100% of the time. Want to have fun? Go fly. Think of it as a drivable rollercoaster. Not to mention the new perspectives. I loved flying just above or under clouds in the morning or evening. The best feeling, for me, was taking off and raising the gear. You get a little bump of lift when the drag goes away if your plane has retractable gear.
