Yes, you do. Unrelated note, always annoyed me you don't pronounce epitome and epitaph the same way. Grrrrr.

Hmmmm, do you mean the "epi" part in epi-to-me and epi-taph? Things change when there are extra syllables.

I know it's not right... But epi-taph, epi-tome.
