I sent that link to my Serbian ex-wife and she flipped out. A long time ago (during the War) we got into a fight once and she demanded money before she left the house (reasonable) but I told her that she was under economic sanctions until she complied and didn't give her the money. That was a fucked up war that America should have had nothing to do with.
