LVDS! I worked with LVDS chips (receivers, drivers, translators) intensely for a couple of years. They were tough to measure differential edge rates and propagation delays; ATE was not capable of supporting AC test at the time. Characterization required 2pF probes, removal of leads from the package to eliminate their capacitance, very touchy stuff.
