My take is that evolution produces different reproductive strategies dependant on geographical location, these then create sets of values which then lead to political structures to codify social values.

niggers are herd animals that graze and reproduce fast, then move on, White people are wolf packs, they invest in their young and create more complex societies. Left and Right are genetic drivers
