Yeah I post this every now and then. I can't believe it's "legal" to add Aluminum to food products. Right up there with industrial Fluoride waste in the water supply.
Toothpaste, and many many other things also have fluoride added now. Reverse osmosis is you friend but wasteful way of producing water, I have a 5stage filtration(reverse osmosis type) of system just for drinking water.
Fluoride is not a specific thing but a category of things. Some water naturally has calcium fluoride (CaF) in it, so they don't add other fluorides. Generally, it's sodium fluoride (NaF) added to toothpaste. Often times they're dumping hexasilico fluoride or some shit to the drinking water. This stuff is a complex molecule that's a byproduct of fertilizer production. Calcium fluoride is the least harmful of the bunch followed by sodium fluoride.
I hear you, but here in the UK flouride is added into every single water authority and yes it's the bi product from aluminium manufacture(if I recollect correctly), as for the other stuff, I'm not that up on it, it's been years since I looked at all this stuff, I will just not partake in any of it, you do what you will.
