Specifically, how have you seen your peers react to them?

I 'unno, I'm burnt out from how many stuck-ups in my area express zero empathy for the innocents who died.

It's really hard to have any emotions towards it when you're so busy trying to figure out if its legitimate or if its just another tool to assault the constitution. For me its not lack of empathy or sympathy for innocents, it's questioning whether there are any innocents.

On one hand, you'd think people would carry more, especially with how much it has ramped up. People act shocked when you're carrying in places like the bank, Walmart, mall, but their reaction is exactly why you need to carry in those places. So, I hope that if anything this terrorist activity will encourage more people to carry all the time. It only takes one person with a decent shot to stop a wanna be Tarrant.

On the other, it's just dividing those who are already at odds with people who are pro 2A, and making them retreat more into their anti gun stance instead of seeing that if more people were pro 2A, these things would never happen.

Among those that I speak with, no one even brings it up. I don't know if they're unaware or if they just don't care. I'm too "wrong-opinioned" so I just don't talk unless someone else says something these days.

People get shot sometimes.
