Have a cousin who still has a rotary phone (not even push button lol) with a long ass cord attached to his kitchen wall. We did have a rotary phone in the basement that was considered retro at the time. Black. Heavy, heavy handset. Wish I knew what happened to that.
LOL - I didn't think anyone still had those long ass cord wall phones, but can relate.
We had one growing up my mother would be on it for 4 hrs straight, she didn't know when to stfu. Hell moms addiction to phones goes back decades and that is why kids were ignored along with soap operas and phil donahue back in the day. The older ones here will know what I mean.
