If your child hasn't touched most of the items on that list, you are parenting wrong. Clothespins have tons of uses besides drying clothes outside. My kids have video cassettes (though, nothing to play them...lol), we've made them look up words in the dictionary, the few items they haven't touched (to my knowledge, my parents probably still have their records) are records and typewriters.
