When I was in 2nd grade, we brought in tins used for peanuts, painted the outside with paste, and wrapped it in multicolor yarn. Few kids poked holes in the bottom for plants. Some decorated the cap so it was was cute storage container. My dad threw it away when I got home and gave it to him.
