Changes in the traditional gender roles and the destruction of the family have decreased the desire of young people to work.

There are now large amounts of women in the work force. They do not have incentives to work as hard or as many hours as men of the past. These women get government benefits and often child support. They may also have a man providing for them in the household. There is little need for them to work hard for advancement or pick up extra hours. This makes them 'lazy' at work for lack of a better term. They are not the employees you want. They have no drive.

Men have their own issues. A primary driver of men succeeding used to be providing for a family or attracting a mate. Men now see the pitfalls of marriage and dating. Large amounts of young women are chasing the top 5 to 10% of men. This leaves the majority of men without potential partners. Now young men have lost their drive to work hard. Why work hard for a goal which they no longer desire or is seen as unattainable? So now they are 'lazy' too.

Funny how so many of today's problems can be sourced back to the destruction of traditional family values.

All throughout history, both men and women lived for their children. That's always been true. Today, we are trained not to want children, no to have children, not to care about children. So what do we have to live for?

I blame, more than anything, the sense of entitlement that is foisted upon young people to adopt.

Combine that with the whole “self esteem” movement that started in the 80’s-90’s, you’ve got a recipe for disaster.

Interestingly, those two traits basically define narcissism: “I think I’m great even though I have done nothing to prove it and I’m should have everything I want just because I exist.”

I think it all boils down to the lack of (and complete minimization) of masculine role models. Boys and Men have the innate desire in them to be competitive, stoic, principled, and honorable. However the pathways of living that life are actively suppressed.

Fix yourself. Gender doesn't exist within biology. Stop being a useful (((tool))) and use language properly - you destroy your entire message.

The pay sucks and hasn't tracked with cost of living. That's all.

Another problem is work place beurocracy. When everything is done by committee and consensus it takes longer and discourages the remaining people with drive.

Let's not forget about the increase in niggers, spics, or whatevers that are usually more lazy than whites. Then there's an increase in fat asses. Yeah, I'd be tired and have no energy if I was carrying an extra 100 or 200 pounds around with me all day.

Other than this I think there's a lot of entitlement going around. Companies are making somebody else rich while paying the workers as little as possible. The company does provide things to the employees, but nobody talks about that. I do think companies could be giving more to the people that actually do the work, but owners and investors are more concerned with lining their own pockets.

What’s crazy is this is really the opposite. Only 5-10% of females are worthy attractive mates.

So of course they go for the top 5-10% they can get.

Go somewhere where the actual average female is in fit shape. Like another country etc. the females there are very receptive to the average male. Are you an overachiever? They take notice.
