Almost 3 weeks weed free. Just gonna go to bed. But damn, just wanna smoke. I’m stronger than the drug. I post because if I “say it out loud” it shames me to adhere. I will conquer. Good night.

Don't smoke weed.

Remember why you quit.

Remember who you were when you decided to quit.

I didn't smoke the weed. The funny thing is, I didn't have an AHA moment and decide to quit. It just dawned on me about a week and a half into not smoking for no apparent reason that perhaps I could forego it altogether. Thank you. I quit the hard liquor, now gotta quit the beer once I master the weed thing.

I don't know if you are a real addict/alcoholic, that is something only you can ever determine. But you might want to attend an AA meeting just to listen to their stories. It doesn't help everyone, but they have helped me.

Also, there is huge variation in the quality of AA meetings. If you end up at a bad one, don't judge all meetings because of it. The first meetings I went to were absolute garbage.
