Going to shit like that is a constant reminder of what you’re trying to escape. You seek a new path, not reminders of the same old one. Drinking bad, yeah, no shit. You know that already. Unfuck yourself by merely turning away from the path that brought you here. Don’t make it hard. It’s easier than you think, you just gotta let it be easy and it will be easy.

Well, if you find yourself going crazy fighting the urges, I speak from experience - they do have a way out. I thought it'd always be a struggle, but through the steps, I've gained a freedom from it I never thought possible.
For real alcoholics, the booze isn't the problem, it's our solution to other problems.
