Good job! Consider making it a permanent change. Knew a guy that would quit for weeks and months at a time. He really suffered as time went on: As time goes on, it gets worse in a few different ways. One is the kindling effect. Basically, hangovers get multitudes worse. Idk why or how, but it wound up almost killing that man. Somehow the booze did a number on his heart. I've worked with a lot of people through the years. Lots of alcoholics.
