They are a bunch of JPGs that you can download with a link like this: https://www.radioshackcatalogs.com/flipbook/catalogs/main/1989/14.jpg (radioshackcatalogs.com) Just change the year and the page number. There are probably programs that can download a list of links.

Yeah, set that up once on a Pi using some scripts to increment and download the images. The system they are using must detect that, because it would timeout at random intervals.

Very few of the actual main catalogs seem to be there. Lots of the supplementals and other stuff, however.

Here in Belgium, those shops were called Tandy. I remember, as a teen, building in my head my dream Hi-Fi system with the big loudspeakers and everything (that I could not afford of course). Good times.
