Blackrock and vanguard and billionaires are shifting all of their wealth into land, because they know our current economic system is about to fail(they are manufacturing the downfall), and they know the money is free and fake, but you can't print more land. They are throwing money at housing and land and skyrocketing prices everywhere because right now at the current valuation they are losing money paying double what a property is appraised at, but as soon as they control enough land they can set the prices at whatever they want.
