$6.40 / pound Not bad. Is it (((cured))) or is it cured (falsely labeled 'uncured')?

The irregular slice stuff is usually under $5 a pound.

usually

Yes. However you know the totally real bacon shortage that's going on... 6ish months after the totally real chicken shortage and a year after the totally real beef shortage.

There was absolutely no shortage at this store. Every slot was full of bacon, and there was more in the coffin coolers.

You guys pay a lot for bacon, i bought a pound of thick sliced this morning for $5.49... in oregon

This is a very small store, prices are a bit higher than what you'd find elsewhere.

I normally pay $4.99 for a pound of thick.

I prefer the Dill Pickles.

That's $64 for 10lbs so you save $1 a lb.

i found in various western state local grcery stores plenty of meat at decent enough prices. walmarts, safeways, fry's, smiths, not so much.

That's what I've noticed as well. Prices here were a bit more but this is a one-off store, so there's a bit of can't buy in quantity going on.

But this place was never out of stock on anything, even when the Kroger and Meijer and Wal-Mart places had bare shelves.

Are we talking about the $64 pizza or the fact that you have bacon?

Edit: oh. The pizza IS the bacon. Damn, you guys are serious about bacon.
