No, I haven't relapsed or anything. (I know some of you were probably worried). Just have had a heck of a night trying to chase down some leads from these voices I've been hearing. It led me down some odd roads but I think I'm getting closer to discovering what they're on about.

I have been grinding my teeth. The dentist noticed it and thinks I might be doing it in my sleep, but ever since they brought it up I've caught myself doing it during the day.
