Im assuming you're being serious here...
Do you meditate? If not, I'd advise you to do so, it will help. Look up "mindfulness", it's meditation without the bullshit.
The voices are just thoughts in your head. If you practice mindfulness, you'll be able to refocus your attention to the task at hand, and the voices won't be so much of a problem.
Again, the voices are just thought in your brain, acknowledge them, but let them go and refocus on your whatever you're doing when you practice mindfulness.
This is another shitpost, except the teeth grinding is real so I need to find a way to calm down sometimes. I meditate but don't practice it regularly. That would be a good thing to make into a daily practice.
I'm seeing a pattern here.
