Man, let me give you a little inspiration. Regardless of how long you go, how much you change and / or accomplish on this NO FAP run, you will have proven to YOURSELF that you can go X days without FAP. That is a foundational change that can really permeate your whole life. You can apply the principle to:
- drugs / alcohol / tobacco
- specific foods like fried or sweets
- all foods (ie fasting)
- Things you don't like about yourself (ie people pleasing).
You are teaching your body and mind a new discipline that can apply in many areas of your life. I'm proud of you for at least TRYING. Most won't even do that. And you build from there.
Fucking keep it up and good shit man!
I should mention that I have done No Fap in excess of 30 days just to try it and while I did notice some of the claimed benefits, for me personally it was very mild compared to the life changing powers I acquired by working my way up to a 10 day, water only fast. Like the difference between fap and real sex. Ha ha ha. Best of luck again.
