So I went to Planet Fitness today and signed up for a membership. I've had so much more energy since I started NoFap, it only makes sense to put it to work challenging myself.

Not to get braggy but on the first day I benched 85 pounds -- that's two 10-lb plates on each side. 2pl8 on my first day!

edit: do you think it's worth it to get lifting shoes or should I just wear my ?

Heavy squats can make you shorter, but this is fixed by simply completing the rep.
