Does anyone have a guideline or personal rule about how they go about this to keep themselves honest? It just seems like you could give two quick shakes or six or seven depending on how you feel, but I want to make sure I'm not skirting the rules of NoFap. What would be the cutoff?

I believe it was a Good Charlotte song from the early 2000s. . . I listened to a lot of gay shit in high school.
