Story time, NoFap:

Just was kicking up my feet and spreading out during my lunch break at work cuz lately I'm feeling alpha as fuck. My boss walks in, 'mires my , and than asks me to put my feet down since 'customers are around.' Like I even give a freak. Well obviously I had to do what he said (he's my boss) but as soon as he was gone? I put em right back up - LOL 😎

Ever since I stopped looking at porn I've just been so much more alpha. This is just one of many examples. Obviously other men feel threatened by it sometimes but it is what it is lol.

I would never disrespect a lady like that. Bro being alpha doesn't mean being a jerk - that's beta mentality. Maybe before NoFap I would've thought that way but not anymore. Now that my hormones are staying in my body at high levels and women are basically always flirting with me, I no longer have to pretend to be alpha to get the women. I just am. Which means when I find a woman who wants to date me I will treat her like a goddess, give her the respect she deserves. I would never mansplain something by telling her something she already knows or manterrupt.
