Just checked again. My shoes-off height is now a little higher than my shoes-on height I normally measure myself with.

Yup, put the tape measure against the new mark on the doorway to confirm and my shoes-off height is now officially 5'6", which basically means I'm 5'7" now thanks to NoFap. Anyone else experience this?>

Trust me there's a lot of benefits of not looking at porn that would surprise you. It actually changes the physical structure of your brain so maybe it can change the phsyical structure of your body too? Idk lol I'm just reporting what I'm seeing as I go. Can't wait for day 3.

Dude if anything my balls are weighing me down right now. If they were empty I'd probably be like 5'6 and a half, but I can't do that because I want to see what future benefits are ahead!
