Shades of Chuck Berry. Berry didn't play with his cash in public, but was known for requiring cash payment in a brown paper bag up front before he'd perform. Define a pattern, look back through time to document occurrences and all of a sudden the IRS has a case and a large number you have to either accept, or provide documentation of why it's wrong. So accept the huge fine and back tax load, or argue for lessor monetary penalties while divulging your real info and risking further criminal prosecution. Either way he's screwed.

They're both stupid niggers.

Keep in mind this was back at a time niggers were not allowed to have checking accounts, credit cards, or any other type of accessing banking. Today they can but most are too stupid to use them so like then, niggers live a cash existence.

True. But even that isn't a mitigating circumstance when the tax collector shows up with his hand out. Maybe I assume too much, but I'll posit that both Mayweather and Berry were at least cognizant of that income taxes were a thing. In Berry's case he probably figured he was a small enough fish to slip through the cracks. In Mayweather's instance, he probably couldn't be bothered to have a serious convo with his accountant - or paid them no heed.
