Stupid nigger. It's not the "environment" in the ghetto. It's the niggers in the ghetto. Poor communities don't automatically yield poor behavior but this nigger equates poor neighborhoods with poor behavior because niggers can't restrain themselves from such behavior. Ghettos are extremely low trust because niggers are extremely low trust. The problem is niggers. It will always be niggers.
