Derek Mobley, a Black man over 40, claims he applied to more than 100 jobs with companies that use Workday’s AI-based hiring tools over the course of several years and was rejected every time, according to his February 2023 filing. Workday argued for dismissal on the grounds that only employers make hiring decisions. However, Mobley alleged that Workday's system, not the prospective employer, made early decisions on his applications, as he received rejection notices within minutes or hours of applying, including overnight, which he cited in his complaint as evidence of automated screening.

Mobley is full of shit and is going for "lottery via legislation" payout. My employer uses Workday and there is an internal match system that tells the hiring manager percentage of match and what matches to the Job Req but It's always the employer that has the final say on all rejections. Not Workday.

Greasy fucking jigaboo, magic dirt believing, fragile feelings, Wooley motherfucker..... applying, internally or not, is not a guarantee of employment, nor is it a Contract of even being considered.

I wonder how good ol' Mobley would feel if he didn't eat breakfast.

But he did eat breakfast.

For anyone who doesn't get the reference, niggers are incapable of thinking in terms of conditional hypotheticals. So if you asked a nigger "how would you feel if you didn't eat breakfast this morning" they will start arguing with you that they did eat breakfast.

I've had the opportunity to layoff 3 niggers now. They've all been worthless, either completely incompetent or lazy. I have zero tolerance for people who don't want to work.

Funny though because there are automated systems which toss out all the While Male applicants. May not be Workday directly, but those automated systems are absolutely there.

I do not disagree. I am sure "not DEI approved" alarms on the screen to the hiring manager or if the hiring manager says "DEI only" then those rejection systems kick in.

Perhaps we'll also see that there are large offices full of "HR Techs" in, uh, overnight time zones that do the manual screen then, which will be even better. I await discovery.

If I worked in an overnight position "filtering" jobs you can bet not a single non-white would be getting through. Pajeets are not the nigger's ally and you can bet they would filter them out.

I am terribly sorry saar but you just have not done the needful enough. Kindly stop smelling like shit and we will revert back to you the detail of the job position. You have read this in the voice that sounds like Apu from the SImpsons.
