From the post:

>A new California neighborhood is asking residents to sign a 'kindness pledge' before moving in to promote a 'harmonious' way of living. Silverwood - a massive $7 billion master-planned community in Hesperia, San Bernardino County - is finally welcoming its first residents to 'prestigious' homes priced from $400,000 to nearly $730,000, according to the website. And the homeowners getting acquainted with their new community will feel like they are in a real-life Truman Show: tree-lined streets, parks, trails, courts, pools and even on-site schools are set to create a picture-perfect neighborhood. But in a rare move, residents must sign a pledge promising to be 'kind' to their neighbors before they even get their keys.
